It's Friday! Yay... Can you tell that I'm really excited?
Not that there's anything out of the ordinary to be excited about--just an average weekend. But that in itself can be a welcome reprieve.
It got me wondering: what do you enjoy about weekends, or whenever you have a break if you don't get weekends off?
...I'd love to hear about it.

Yay! Friday! I get to write 2 papers before 10:00 Sunday! Yay!
(slight sarcasm)
Yes, I'm sure it's only slight sarcasm.
I like the weekends because it gives me the oportunity to work even harder at home than at work.
Oooooh-- even less sarcasm there.
Well, everyone, have a good morning anyway. (Decide for yourself if that's sarcastic.)
What are you doing this weekend Ali? Give us a few ideas.
as for me, I'm about to go work...at the office. So, I just added it up and I am already up to 63.5 hours this week (I did 30 on Monday and Tuesday alone). Now, I just need to finish up about 3 to 4 hours of stuff and I'll be done.
Oh, except for that dinner I have tonight which is work related. But, at least I'll get a free meal!
And working so much this week was by my choice. I did feel that everything I did had to be done this week and I didn't waste even a half hour of that work time. So while I did feel obligated to put in this many hours, there were some who told me not to feel pressure to do everything this week.
Now, I'm off to see if I can get paid hourly instead of salary....
I don't think I want to tell y'all what I'm doing this weekend or I'll get verbally beat up by you people. =)
If it makes you feel any better, I am going to spend about an hour or so on my job today. So there! (That last part sounded a lot more mature in my head.)
I love the weekends, but I love the weekdays, too. That's how it is when you don't have a JOB that you have to go to every day. But I am most thankful that your FIL feels that it's important for him to go to a daily job, so I don't have to! Hope you are all enjoying your weekend, whatever it involves.
